Updating multiple unit prices in Sales Orders

IT will first update the price list. Once done, the prices must be updated in the respective sales orders. Click on the sales order header:

Select "Price and discount", then input any price group,

click lines

On the pop up, set unit price to “No”

Go back to header

Remove the price group in header, 

Click lines. This will give you a prompt to update price:

At the prompt, for Update Unit Price click “Yes”, then “Update All” or “Evaluate Each line” (evaluate each line will require you to go through each and every line and decide which ones to update. Not recommended for very large SOs.)

If “Evaluate each line” is selected, this screen will pop up for every line. Set Unit Price to “Yes” for those to update, “No” for those with no change.
