1) As part of the DRP and BCP, data backups (D2D2D) should be sent to offsite for storage on a regular basis such as monthly. This procedure is applicable to SUNSTAR Singapore.
2) Check and verify that Hypervisor D2D backups to NAS are successful.
3) Check and verify that NAS D2D backups to external disks are successful.
4) Collect and prepare external backup disks and arrange for the courier to pick up for offsite storage.
5) Rotate the external disks from offsite storage to office and factory on a yearly basis for backups.
