1) IT team will be informed by HR or hiring manager the detail of the new employee in advance.
2) Mailbox will be created for new employee. Additional accounts like ERP will be created too. Supervisors or HODs approvals are mandatory.
3) New or refurbished laptop / desktop installed with standard productivity and security software will be issued to new employee.
4) New employee will be given access to departmental resources, network drives and printers, unless otherwise stated.
5) Additional access such as VPN (virtual private network), company phone and specialized software will require managerial approval.
6) IT induction program will be conducted for new employee.
