Here are the steps on how to remove your current email signature in 3 different types of Outlook applications (Outlook (New) or Outlook Webmail (OWA) and Outlook Mobile).
Using Outlook (New) or Outlook Webmail (OWA):
1. At the top right, click on the "Settings" (which looks like a Gear or Bolt icon)
2. Select "Account" at the left side menu and click on "Signatures"
3. Under the default signatures, change the setting "For New Messages:" and "For Replies/Forwards:" to "(No signature)" for both then click on the button "Save"
4. Congratulations, your current email signature had now been removed, and the CodeTwo Email Signature will now be applied to your Outlook Webmail (OWA) too
Using Outlook Mobile App:
1. At the top left, tap on your own profile picture next to the "Inbox"
2. At the bottom left, tap on the "Settings" (which looks like a Gear or Bolt icon)
3. Tap on the "Signature"
4. Remove your entire email signature
5. Ensure that the signature box is now cleared & empty then tap on the tick to save it
6. Congratulations, the CodeTwo Email Signature will now also be applied to your Outlook Mobile app
