How do I share my laptop screen during Polycom video conference?

1) Objectives

a) To be able to share content via network from laptop to Polycom video conference screen during a video conference

2) Requirements

a) Polycom video conference IP address

b) Laptop connected to Sunstar wired or wireless network

c) Polycom Content App

3) Steps

a) Download and install Polycom Content App if you have not done so via this link

b) Start Polycom Content App, select Find Other Rooms

c) Enter the IP address of the Polycom video conference system you are using

d) Click Connect and select desktop to share laptop content

e) To stop sharing screen, click on ... and stop button
