- Send the Teams/Zoom meeting invite to book the conference room.
- Refer to this article on how to book conference room.
- Refer to this article on how to connect for Zoom Meeting.
- Once the meeting invitation has been send to the conference room, you should see the meeting on the TC8/TC10 Tablet.
- Click on the "Join" button to join the meeting
