How do I access 3CX PBX using web browser?

1) Objectives

a) To access 3CX PBX using web browser and perform basic operations.

2) Requirements

a) Valid 3CX extension with welcome email containing credential

b) HTML5 web browsers like Chrome or Firefox

c) Connected to Sunstar network or via VPN

d) Headset is optional

3) Steps

a) From Chrome/Firefox, enter the URL of the 3CX PBX with credential from welcome email

b) To make call, click on people option and extension of the callee

c) To check voicemail, click on voicemail option

d) To quit, close the web browser
