How do I use Chrome Remote Desktop to get IT assistance?

1) Objectives

To use Chrome Remote Desktop to get remote assistance from IT team

2) Requirements

a) Internet access

b) Chrome browser installed

c) Login with Google account.

3) How to

a) With Google Chrome web browser, goto https://remotedesktop.google.com/support.

b) Download and install Chrome Remote Desktop if you have not done so.

c) Click on Generate Code.  Refresh Chrome web browser if you do not see the option.

d) Provide the 12 digits code to the IT team to gain access to your machine.

e) Once the remote IT assistance is over, IT team will disconnect from your machine.
