1) For AGENT, select the Zendesk ticket, launch SweetHawk Approve in the Apps panel, select the approver and click SEND.
2) For APPROVER, check your email, review the ticket content and click on APPROVE or DECLINE button.
3) Approval status will be reflected in the Zendesk ticket for review.
4) For assistance, contact the IT team.
